fHow to Bring Us Together Post Election

How would you define resilience?

To me, it’s the faith to get back up and start pedaling again, and hopefully, with enough awareness not to repeat what previously knocked you down. Faith in each other is how we will get back up from years of divisiveness.

A deep breath and one conversation, which ripples to another, which ripples to another, can provide us with the strength to keep pedaling together.

This week’s video is about some of my feelings from this week’s election and a dinner invitation that I hope you’ll accept.

On Wednesday, Nov 11th at 7:11 pm eastern, I’m hosting the first-ever Pause, Breathe, and Reflect Dinner (virtually, of course). Think of it as a chance to P.B.R. together, connect, and pedal forward together.

I’ll fix dinner, and regardless of your vote, gender, bank account, or whom you love or pray to, just come as you are.

And to the question of what you can bring to dinner? Nothing, just an open heart and a willingness to keep pedaling together — of course, Ring Dings and Pepsi would be cool as well.

You can R.S.V.P. HERE.

Thanks for watching, subscribing and sharing with your peloton (they can come to dinner too).

Until next week, remember to Pause, Breathe and Reflect (now in colors, hats, and a sweatshirt) and, of course, have fun storming the castle!
